We are a group of researchers who aim to develop best practices for conducting research with transgender and nonbinary individuals in a manner that is person-centered, trauma-informed, and actively de-stigmatizing.
Our team is currently working on the RESTART study, conducted by a group of trans and cis researchers at Hunter College in New York City related to the ongoing experiences of trauma perpetuated in HIV and sexual health-related research.
